Handling customer request, respond to customer calls – walk in customer (cash) inquiries relating to Individual Motor products. Issuing individual quotations, for new/renewal business. Issue individual policy documents / endorsements; assist in issuing fleet insurance certificate for vehicle registration purpose
Policies, Processes & Procedures:
Applying Policy process and procedure within authority level.
Complete daily transactions from the clients.
Estimate car value through the system for Comprehensive cover or obtain invoice , survey the vehicle if used, attach the picture and the survey report to the policy document verify documentation with the premium.
Fast track quotation for direct clients
Deliver policy documents along with any other materials in a proper way.
Support the Supervisor and the Assistant Manager in the revision of the Customer Services functions policies and procedures once required.

Provide Management with appropriate reports regarding Customer service and compliance with operational policy and procedures.
