The role of Admin Officer is to provide coordination and support to the Marketing department for day-to-day task execution both administrative and operational in nature.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
– Receive all administration requests from the Marketing department aswell as external parties and action accordingly in line with Expo standards;
– Follow-up on all requests received internally and externally;
– Act as the foundation for the Department’s administration support and coordination;
– Schedule and organize meetings, events and maintain agendas;
– Duly execute administrative tasks and follow up on actions;
– Maintain proper documentation for easy retrieval for audit;
– Undertake any other administrative duties as assigned by the Directors and Senior Management team.
