The key responsibility for the CRM Manager is to create, implement and measure contact strategies using Salesforce and an integrated ESP (Dotdigital). You will create a single customer view, manage data, and nurture and prospect client relationships.Create, implement and measure contract strategies through Salesforce CRMDevelop and manage relevant contact segments for effective targetingDevise and execute email marketing campaignsWork closely with Digital Marketing Manager to define customer acquisition strategiesImplement automation to enhance engagementCo-ordinate the thinking between UX, Tech, CRM, Email Marketing and SalesSupport and link with Social Media PlatformsAdvise on MarTech toolkit to enhance effectiveness and insightCreate meaningful KPIs and marketing metricsTraining and support for local and regional sales teams
ProfileAmbitious and experienced CRM Manager with Salesforce experienceEasily adapt and commercially minded with a focus on customer acquisition2-3 years hands-on experienceUnderstand how CRM fits in to the bigger business pictureCreative minded, a good judge of quality and effective contentExperience in an integrated marketing teamSalesforce and email marketing essentialData, Tech and CMS savvyAbility to travel freely, on occasion, within the EU
In addition to a fully autonomous CRM Manager Salesforce opportunity in Dubai, this role will pay an attractive salary and offer occasional global travel.
