- To manage and drive a base of Independent Retailers under the Specialist and Modern trade resellers in the UAE.
- Actively drive and open up new sales distribution outlets delivering against set KPI’s.
- The ability to be flexible and work as part of a larger team with the same common goals.
- Sign up and launch support of the targeted Independent Retailers to sell all business unit products and services.
- Execute brand strategy and POS strategy across the signed partners.
- The ability to deliver set KPI’s including:
o Sales & Acquisition targets
o Brand & Marketing communication (Store share)
o Customer satisfaction
o Healthy Channel relationships
o Competitor insights & Commercial changes
o Securing promotional activity
- Full understanding and previous independent channel management experience, Telecoms experience would be preferred.
- Ability to plan, co-ordinate and prioritise activities.
