The purpose of the job is to manage internal projects, ensuring that all policies, procedures, standards and other internal and external requirements are being met to safeguard company assets, promote integrity and to support operational effectiveness and efficiency.
To oversee and manage the business transformation initiatives across the group.
To ensure identification of performance improvement indicators and opportunities across the group; utilising internal and external resources and converting these into approved transformation initiatives.
To maintain momentum of implementing all approved and started initiatives until their satisfactory implementation.
To build a solid internal network of contacts within the businesses that can be leveraged to ensure continued momentum of implementations.
Out of the box thinking and ability to detect areas of improvement and cost saving.
Ability to set checks and controls over the areas of risk.
Excellent project management skills and ability to build teams to achieve results.
Ensure the effective implementation of improvements in ERP functionalities and automation for manual processes.
Manage the review of current ERP established processes and suggest developments and simplifications.
Maintain focus on wide range of business initiatives and ensure that these are progressing according to plan.
Provide visibility to Senior management on the status of various projects and assignments
Gain understanding of the business environment and highlight strategic and operational business risks.
Reduce the extent of potential risks and losses by ensuring that the system of internal control are working in an orderly manner.
