Workday System Analyst – Robert Walters – Dubai Jobs

One of the leading global contractors is in search of a Systems Analyst to hire and join their team in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Responsible with providing technical support via ServiceNow, responding to HR and employee issues and requests.
  • Develop user guides and documentation
  • Analyse, design and build new complex custom reports and dashboard
  • Amendments to Business Processes, Notifications and Security setup, and testing of system enhancements.
  • Lead and advise on the bi-annual report and update
  • Create and schedule/load outbound and inbound
  • Provide support for incident management and integration monitoring
  • Liaise with business and technical teams
  • Support HR on annual processes
  • Other projects and duties as may be required by business needs
  • The successful candidate must have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years related experience or equivalent combination
  • At least with 5 years relevant work experience
  • Very strong HR system knowledge and ideally great background with Workday.
  • Result driven professional and able to work flexible hours
  • System implementation and/or support experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and can work independently
  • Technical knowledge of systems e.g. understanding of systems architecture, SQL, database structures
  • Has the drive to learn and apply new technologies and understand business processes
  • Knowledgeable of ITIL and IT Service Management
