Quest Search & Selection is working with a multinational ingredients company seeking a Pricing Lead (flavors and ingredients experience is a must) to work in their office in Dubai, U.A.E.

Job description

As the Pricing Lead your primary responsibilities will include:

Driving and translating various pricing strategies across the region.

Identifying, aligning and monitoring KPI’s

Liaising closely with the procurement team to understand opportunities and threats

Managing the overall pricing activity

Mentoring, training and managing staff

Qualifications

Any relevant educational degree

4+ years of combined experience in BTB pricing, finance or similar; additional experience in sales, technical or related functions, ideally in the F&F industry is a plus

Ability to deal with complex IT systems

SAP and SAP-BI experience (SD, CO, FI)

Excellent market knowledge
