Digital Support Manager – Michael Page International (UAE) Limited – Dubai Jobs
The Digital Support Manager will be responsible to provide on-site and remote support to business users in response to how to’ queries, ensure (new and existing) marketing users are trained and confident in using marketing applications, as well as act in a pro-active manner as the link between marketing users and the company’s support teams in relation to marketing applications.

The Digital Support Manager will have the following responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for ‘how do I’ enquiries from the other departments.Deliver new starter training for all marketing applicationsEnsure marketing users are confident in the use of marketing applicationsProactively monitor incidents and requests to, in co-junction with the Digital Marketing Director and Digital Director, improve service levels, work flows and training materialsAssist business users in their communication with Digital, Data and IT support teams and escalate issues as appropriateIn conjunction with the Divisional Marketing Director, identify and communicate best practice in terms of delivering optimised web experiences, marketing automation campaigns and data-driven decision makingCreate and maintain effective communication channels with business usersProvide support to business users with Adobe and Oracle products
The Digital Support Manager should have the following:Adobe Experience, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics and Oracle EloquaExperience of email design and basic skills in HTML and CSSPrevious experience of working with web CMS platforms or marketing automation or analytics applicationPrevious experience of working in a marketing function or directly with marketing users
15,000 – 20,000 AED per month plus benefits
