The successful candidate will:
– Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy personnel records.- Process HR documents: purchase orders for vendor invoices, official letters & certificates.- Administer leave through SAP and answer employees’ leave-related queries.- Assist in payroll preparation by organizing additions and deductions lists.- Liaise with and carry-out exit procedures for exiting staff, including collection of company assets and communicating finalization arrangements internally.- Assess and get approval for employee advance and reimbursement claims.- Compile paperwork for new joiners, to support the visa process.- Process payments through the bank.
The successful candidate will possess the following skill sets:
– Preferably an administration or HR Bachelor.- 1-2 years’ experience in the following areas is preferred: data entry, general administration, customer service/ employee service, record-keeping, filing, processing payments, payroll, petty cash handling.- Accurate & good attention to detail- Excellent organizational skills- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills- Advanced literacy with the MS Office suite (beginner-intermediate excel).
