Job Responsibilities :
· Handling reception and customer support in day-to-day operations of the business;
· Job scheduling and coordination between each departments and delivery;
· Provide quotations to clients and Invoicing the job and follow up on payments;
· Maintain a good relationship with customers with good communication, in a polite, helpful and constructive manner.
· Involve in marketing activities including organise customer meetings and any other marketing and sales promotion activities required.
· Provide secretarial and admin support to the Manager as and when required.
· Prepared to help out in any other department if required.
· Maintaining the HR files of the staff.
· Primary reporting to Manager.
