About the role
Responsible for handling all sort of transportation related issues like arrangements of vehicles for employees & guests, repair & maintenance of cars arranging Salik & fuel cards etc.

– Arrangement of vehicles

Responsible for :

* Arranging temporary / replacement vehicle in emergencies.
* Taking approval from all business heads for new / replacement vehicles, prepare Vehicle allotment form and capex.

– Negotiation

Responsible for :

* Negotiating with garages to best rates for repair, maintenance and service for the benefit of the company.
* Negotiating best rates of rental vehicles and manage contacts.

-Coordination & Management

Responsible for :

* Coordinating with all drivers for repair, maintenance, fuel cards, salik, traffic fines & salary deductions.
* Managing issue of parking cards for company vehicles
* Managing the travel requirement of employee living in camps.
* Coordinating transportation requirement to various sites &.manage the admin driver schedules
* Managing the ADNOC and ENOC fuel accounts managing the issue of Salik cards and monthly Salik top ups.

-Receiving Vehicle & Reallocation

Responsible for :

* Checking and receiving the vehicle when employee leave the company and ensure fines are cleared before they leave.
* Reallocation of returned vehicles and cancelled rental agreement

-Vehicle Maintenance record

Responsible for :

* Maintaining a record of all vehicle expenses.
* Maintaining record and duplicate keys of all vehicles.
* Maintaining schedule and managing routine oil service for all vehicles.
* Advise business  major issues of vehicle &  to sale

-Registration and insurance

Responsible for :

* Managing on-time vehicle registration and insurance for new and renewals.
* Attending emergency breakdowns and major accident cases and preparing insurance report for processing.

-Repair monitoring of Vehicle

Responsible for :

* Monitoring the repair history of vehicles
* Providing report for vehicles having frequent repair

About you
Minimum Qualifications, Certification and Knowledge:

* Bachelor degree
* Knowledge of vehicles
* Proficient in MS office

Minimum Experience:

* Working with 360 reality as an operation in charge for two years
