As part of our Talent Acquisition team based in our Dubai office, you will be responsible for the end to end talent acquisition process in partnership with the brand and in alignment with business growth.
The main priorities of your role will be the talent acquisition strategy including competitor analysis, market mapping and working with HR Business Partner’s to develop sourcing plans, account management comprising of building successful working relationships with all internal stakeholders to develop and deliver hiring plans and providing a consultative service to line managers to advise and educate on market knowledge, manpower planning including generating a hiring schedule to address manpower planning, internal talent analysis and reporting on metrics and status updates. This person will need to fulfill the business manpower requirements of the group corporate functions from mid to senior level roles.
To join our talent acquisition team, we are looking for candidates who are degree educated, have 4 – 6 years’ recruitment experience and an extensive knowledge of the local labor laws.
You must have experience in creating sourcing strategies, have excellent interviewing skills, be a problem solver and be confident to consult and educate main stakeholders.
