As part of the Sports Division Administration Team based in Dubai, you will be responsible for providing admin support to the brand management team and stores such as buying and ordeing, report generation, system maintenence, inventory, product updates, checking store layout and managing information relating to the staff in the store.
Responsibilities of a Retail Coordinator
Buying/Ordering – placing of orders with supplier
Stock Replenishment – sends instructions for stock replenishments and/or transfers
VM – lays out the store & ensures that shop merchandising adheres to brand standards; This includes store POSs/windows
Report Generation – generates system reports related to the brand
Brand System Maintenance – ensures that the brand Masterfile is updated (pricing, markdowns, season codes, etc)
Inventory – ensures that all stock movements are reflected in the system.
Product Updates – sends Product updates and/or information to the shops
Coordination with Suppliers – coordinates with suppliers especially in relation to stocks & deliveries
Office Admin – maintains all office files related to the brand; also coordinates with other departments in the office (i.e. MIS, IT, Shipping) on day-to-day office tasks related to the brand
Retail Stores – does store visits to check on the retail concepts for whatever needs they have from the back office
Due to the nature of the role, candidates with advanced MS Word and Excel only will be considered. SAP experience would be advantageous.
You should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a retail office environment. You must have exceptional organisational skills and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
