Customer Service Agent – Dubai Jobs


SAMPLING:
– Manage the inventory of all various sample formats;
– Preparing & dispatching of samples from our Dubai office;
– Coordinating sampling from our head office;
– Tracking & follow up on incoming and outgoing courier shipments
– Select matching or alternative fabrics for project requirements
 
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
– Responding to various customer inquiries by e-mail and phone;
– Providing customers with the required data from our products such as Certification, digital photography, technical data sheets;
– Coordinating logistics with courier companies locally and internationally;
– Operate the primary phone line when required.
 
FOLLOW-UP:
– Follow up with various departments regarding special productions;
– Follow up with production team on lead times and delivery schedules

ADMINISTRATION:
– Keeping an up to date excel filing system for samples;
– Keeping an up to date excel filing system for developments & specials;
– General admin duties, not limited to the above;
 
STATIONARY:
– Responsible to maintain the inventory of the office stationary.
