Jobeco is a General Trading company specialising in Fragrance, Toiletries, Foodstuff, and Softdrinks procured directly from the industry. It has been operational since 1981 and has its logistics and warehouse set up in the Netherlands, EU. We are currently in the process of moving our administrative HQ to JAFZA, Dubai. Given this we are looking to hire staff for our office which will begin operations by April 1st, 2017.

MANAGER OPERATIONS/LOGISTICS DUBAI
As an Operations Manager, you are part of the logistics and administrative departments, in this position you interface with European sales departments, the warehouse, and the conveyors. You will be directly reporting to the Managing Director. Your main tasks will include:
• Provision of information relating to shipments and transport costs
• Coordinating the (export) shipments
• Release orders for the warehouse
• Preparation of the necessary transport documents
• Maintain contacts with carriers
• Checking and creating invoices and maintain excel files
• Analyzing the above points and to make proposals for improvement
