1. Assisting the department in Daily Operation
2. Preparing the Quotation as per the Department Requirement
3. Maintaining the department Filing System in Computer
4. Submit documents to other departments For Approval/Review
5. Communicate with various site in-charges, site supervisors, technicians and labor as when required
6. Faxing, printing, photocopying, filing and scanning
7. Prepare Timesheet for operational employees.
8. Manpower deployment as per HOD instructions.
9. Materials requisitions preparation and forwarding to procurement department & follow-up and confirm the delivery.
10. Transfer letters and replacement of cleaner’s preparation.
11. Everyday tracking all projects deployment.
12. Records the work completions and follow up regular basis.
13. Handling day to day operation of department inside/outside the office. Further assist to HOD for all issues to department.
