1.Follow up with the sales team on the accounts of advertising agencies, media buying units and key clients
2.Ensure that the sales team are making visits to the advertising agencies, media buying units and clients.
3.Ensure sales teams possess the know-how of proper presentation of the media he/she represents
4.Train sales teams on how to follow up to close sales deals
5.Ensure sales teams are making proper after sales follow up to satisfy their clients
6.Train sales teams on how to work on increasing his/her number of clients by targeting new sectors and contacting new and potential clients
7.Divide the yearly budget set between the company and the advertising agencies, media buying units, and their clients and review it on regular basis to make sure his/her portfolio will reach the desired results
8.Request timely sales reports from the sales teams
9.Ensure the sales teams are establishing a friendly and professional relationship with all the account handlers in the agencies, media buying units, and clients
10.Conduct market visit to advertising agencies, media buying units, and key clients
