My client employs very much a team and project sales approach. Rather than carrying a numeric sales quota, this position needs a commercially minded person who can identify customer needs and propose the kind of solutions that might fit with those. In the early stages of the sales cycle an independent work ethic will be required, but as the process develops the job cannot be completed in isolation, so strong communication and the ability to utuilise the skills of other team members will be required.

Sales focus by product area will be approximately 50% Security; 25% Video Conferencing; 25% AV Projectors and Auditorium Solutions.
