You will be reporting to the Sales Director General Description To manage and guide sales executives to achieve total country revenue target by increasing portfolio of clients whether agency or direct. Responsibilities also include quarterly forecasts, market assessment and annual negotiations with anchor clients. ESSENTIAL FUNCTION and Responsibilities Generating new leads within digital, traditional media agencies as well as direct clients Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned clients, in order to maintain accurate records to maximize agency potential Develop internal sales plan and target list for direct report sales staff Timely communication of Sales Assist in hiring, expansion and training your team members Manage client expectation of deliverables reports, custom projects etc. Report quarterly forecasts to Director of Sales on estimated spend by agency and client
