ABU DHABI – The UAE is expected to be affect by surface low pressure centred over the middle and north of Saudi Arabia which will accelerate the southerly flow at the surface, increasing the temperature specifically over the western regions, and raising dust and sand over most parts, reducing the horizontal visibility especially over the internal and open areas at noon time of Saturday, 25 February 2012, according to the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS).
