HBG Petrochemical Holdings signs MoU with GOIC

HBG Petrochemical Holdings, a leading Gulf based downstream petrochemical firm, has today announced the signing of the principles of a Memorandum of Understanding with Gulf Organization For Industrial Consulting GOIC, a major industrial advisory institution established by the six GCC Member States back in 1976.
