Timely development of marketing plan for all the brands.
Timely preparation of media plan for all the brands.
Developing an elaborate network of agencies and media.
Developing an elaborate network of printers and suppliers.
Timely exaction of the planned marketing calendar to maximize benefits.
Ensure maximum media benefits.
Ensure proper balance of all media available for maximizing market penetration, as per brand requirements.
Ensure proper coordination with all concerned departments.
Ensure proper coordination of the marketing plans with all relevant agencies, media and suppliers.
Ensure regular meetings with the brand managers and management.
Ensure proper timelines and costings are maintained.
Prepare sales promotional/ marketing calendar for different brands on an annual basis along with the Executive directors, Chief Operating Officer and Brand Managers.
Execute advertising and promotion calendar as per approved time and budgets
Build and maintain relationships with external marketing/ advertising agencies.
Maintain and build proper professional relationship with all suppliers.
Ensure constant reduction in cost/ expense for marketing activities & marketing expense for each brand are within the marketing budget.
Ensure to maximize benefits of all marketing activities.
Ensure to maximize utility of all relevant and available marketing media.
Execute customer surveys in a timely manner and present findings to the Executive Directors, Chief Operating Officer and Brand Managers.
Assess customer reactions to advertising & marketing activities and present findings to Executive Directors, Chief Operating Officer and Brand Managers.
Conduct research analyses and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors so that market opportunities can be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity can be minimized.
Develop and maintain a database of existing customer profiles and segment them.
Develop sales promotion and events calendar for the various stores in consultation with Brand Managers and to ensure their smooth execution.
To analyze results of each sales promotion campaign and initiate appropriate action for future campaigns.
To select the appropriate advertising and public relations agency, negotiate contractual arrangements and manage the ongoing relationship.
To create a unified image for the Company by planning and overseeing the Company’s advertising and promotion activities, and communicating with external parties on ongoing campaigns.
Research marketing trends and present key findings to merchandise manager/ brand managers for future marketing programs.
Maintain customer database & segment customers to understand buying behavior and preferences.
Manage communication between merchandise team and external agencies for successful implementation of marketing programs.
Manage negotiations and quotations from external marketing agencies along with finance team.
Prepare and forward MIS on a pre-defined basis as required.
Coordinate across merchandising and operations department to obtain detailed inputs related to marketing activities (including customer surveys)
Coordinate with personnel in international countries (except UAE) for conducting marketing related activities.
Coordinate with external advertising/ marketing/ other agencies to ensure that marketing activities are implemented in a timely manner, as required.
Coordinate with finance team for negotiating rates of advertising/ other external agencies.
