A DIFC based company is looking for a Executive Assistant to the CEO as well as someone that can manage HR for a small executive team.
Key Tasks to be delivered:
EA to CEO
Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President & CEO including: managing
an extremely active calendar, travel plans and completing expense reports;
Dealing with and filing confidential information
Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO’s schedule is followed and respected.
Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO’s time and office
Works closely and effectively with the CEO to manage organization and Office and keep President updated.
Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the company.
Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters proactively, and follows-through on
projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Plan, develop and manage policies for HR
Recruitment and Personnel forms and records.
Process DIFC visa application and visa cancellations etc.
Handle employee relations and resolving employee issues.
Prepare offer letter, employment contract, salary certificate and all contractual documentation required to support the associate in any processes and procedures.
