Manage work related to travel arrangements and events venue booking; providing secretarial and administrative support.
– Manage work related to travel arrangements including researching, arranging and coordinating travel, transportation and accommodation for FCME partners to a specific business guidelines and budget needs.
– Assist with the process of venue booking for FCME and client’s events; this includes searching venues, negotiating price, and ensuring correct setup is arranged.
– Assist the operations team for workshop arrangement, FCME events and public workshops once required
– Coordinate with shipment companies for sending and receiving of documents and other deliveries to partners.
– Build and maintain relationships with vendors
– Administration tasks including correspondence, processing purchase orders and invoices, filing, daily errands, mail verifications, invoices and payments verifications related to venue and travel arrangements.
