Experience with Construction Project Management Field and Services will be a main advantage.
The major requirements for this position are to be responsible for building up a business through gaining new customers, managing an directing the Marketing and Sales Team, in addition to proposing the Ideas for Company Grow up.
• Contact All Contracting Companies, Consultant Offices, Project Clients via E-mails to introduce the services and seeking for appointments with decision makers in these companies.
• Explaining the services to any clients over phone in order to meet the decision maker.
• Visiting the contracting companies head offices to introduce the services.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals to any new Job and following up with the client up to offer signature.
• Forwarding the Signed offers to Contracts Department to proceed through the agreement.
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
• Planning and preparing presentations
• Establishing and maintaining working relationships
• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
• Setting up call center support teams and claims handlers
• Administering accounts and writing reports
• Troubleshoot and updating the pioneer website with coordination with IT department.
• Editing and updating the company profile, pioneer project list and business cards with assistant of IT.
• Providing management with market feedback.
• Update on monthly basis all the databases for existing clients and potential clients in parallel to the ERP.
• Follow up the accounts dept. to issue the invoices on monthly basis or as appropriate, review them and make sure that they are handed over to the proper location for each client, follow up with the clients to release the payments.
