Annoyed as my TV package and bill were ‘upgraded’

I questioned du Customer Care about this and they told me that they had upgraded my subscription. This was done without asking or informing me! Unbelievable!

They said they had sent me an email to inform me (they hadn’t) so I asked to send me a copy of that email with the time and date, they didn’t send it to me!

Du has now agreed to charge my subscription back to the original one that I signed the contract for and they will refund the extra charges in next month’s bill. Just makes me wonder how many other people this has happened to and it has gone unnoticed or they can’t be bothered to fight it…
