As the marketing functional head, the purpose of this role is to plan, develop and implement the Marketing and Communications strategy and manage all related activities for Palm Utilities.
- Determine marketing and communication needs aligned to business priorities and develop and implement marketing and communications plan, including on-line and off-line and social media. – Implement, monitor and control marketing policies, processes and procedures in line with best practice ensuring applicability to the Palm Utilities’ business environment and strategy.
- Establish and control budgets for marketing and communications plan..
- Lead the selection, approval and management of all marketing and communications vendors, including negotiations along with the Commercial department.
- Manage outsourced marketing and communications activities by monitoring and evaluating vendor performance on an ongoing basis to ensure that expected quality levels are sustained at acceptable budgets.
- Oversee the design and production of printed promotional materials, including catalogues, brochures, flyers, and program and media guides.
-Responsible for managing the Palm Utilities brand and developing a brand strategy aligned to corporate objectives and strategy.
