BMW Group Middle East said it expected the car to be in the region in the third quarter of 2013.
The mid-range executive coupe was shown off at the 83nd Geneva International Motor Show earlier this week and BMW promises that it will stand out from the popular 3 Series.
It said the wheelbase is 50mm longer than the 3 Series, the roofline has been lowered by 16mm and the overall length is 26mm more.
Those figures may not seem much, however BMW reckons they give the 4 Series a more dynamic look.
Other features include the kidney grille and twin circular headlights.
No prices have been announced yet.
