This position is responsible for providing both office and site based technical support to existing and new clients in the Lighting Controls business based in the UAE. Training will be provided to enable the incumbent to work closely with Cooper Controls Sales Engineers and support the requirements of that Team, including preparing technical drawings in AUTOCAD format, carrying out system commissioning and taking instructions from the sales Engineers.
The incumbent’s responsibilities will also include responding efficiently to customer requirements and passing complex issues to his line Manager. Some travel within the UAE and possibly within the region as well as recording all services provided in his weekly report.
