Our clinic is in need of a supervisor for staff and daily business. The successful applicant will report to the Chief Operations Officer and should have recent experience in managing all or part of a clinic or medical practice.

Ideally, the candidate should have experience in managing HR issues, accounts, calendars and scheduling and have an understanding of insurance work. The candidate should be able to work well with direct instruction and/ or with set targets, they must be able to deal with various personalities and have good skills in resolution of conflicts and complaints. The candidate should be well presented and ready to represent the clinic to corporate customers and, they should ideally speak Arabic.
