Eaton Corporation – Electrical Sector is seeking an MV Assemblies Regional Marketing Manager to support Eaton’s electrical business in the Middle East.
The primary function of the role is :
a) To create, support and implement global product line strategies to optimize sales, profits and market share for the Product Line
b) To create and support the product line in the areas of roadmap creation, value proposition analysis, product delivery system analysis and goals, price positioning, forecasting, and marketing communications to maximize internal and external customer satisfaction and achieve strategic / financial objectives
c) Meet the product line profit plan objectives, growth through panel builders, and sales for the responsible region
d) To support Eaton facilities in a region for industrializing IEC assemblies
The main responsibilities include:
A. Conduct Voice of the Customer studies per channel, segment or customer
B. Help develop and promote product line value propositions required to meet product line growth objectives; develop value selling tools/presentations to be used by the sales force
C. Provide marketing support/input for product acquisitions, product upgrades and new product development contribute to the product road mapping process
D. Support new product launches globally and provide tier 3 technical support for the region
E. Develop / execute all product line marketing communications activities in conjunction with Eaton’s global regions; such as collateral, presentations, etc.
F. Manage day to day global region customer and tactical activity as needed, coordinate large-scale orders/projects globally to maximize customer satisfaction
G. Support creation and implementation of Strategic and Profit Plans
H. Prepare monthly forecasts, reports, analyses, and other documentation related to product line marketing & sales activities
I. Conduct competitive product analyses; conduct market research & evaluate market conditions and customer needs per segment / channel to support development of short-term and long-term product marketing strategies
J. Conduct strategic and financial analysis to support product line rationalization and manufacturing footprint decisions for global markets
K. Perform and support pricing analyses as needed, help implement value pricing tools within the regions
L. Create and support development of Product Line growth programs
