•Supporting the VP Human Resources to execute the people dimensions of business strategies and to modify processes/adapt to minor business demands.
•End to end HR responsibility for Middle East and Africa
•Drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organisational change, structures, people processes and business improvement initiatives within the business area in order to im-prove business efficiency and people management allowing for flexibility and planned growth, clarify accountabilities and empower delivery of great customer service.
•Embed a performance management culture within the business area as a means of driving business improvement by ensuring clear objectives, feedback and the improvement of customer service through behaviours aligned with our values.
•Working in partnership with the business to manage employee relations issues.
•Training & Development: To provide guidance and support in developing and progressing people management solutions to achieve business objectives; provide advice and guidance on personal development plans and work with the business area to establish and introduce systems that identify employees with high potential, develop career paths in consideration of key roles for succession planning and self-development
•Recruiting: Identify short, medium and long term resourcing issues. Responsible for workforce supply and demand, challenge clients on new roles, replacement strategy, gradings and benefit bands, etc. To support the implementation of policies and procedures necessary to support all recruitment activities. This includes, advertising, short listing, interviewing with management, offers and induction. Responsible for the administration of all visa processes
•Comp & Ben: Develop with clients local reward and recognition strategies and interventions in order to meet business needs in conjunction with reward specialists
•Administration: To ensure all personnel files are kept up to date and ready for any inspections by Labour Authorities and Audit, assist in the administration of payroll as required and to provide all HR documentation
•Participate in international HR projects as required
