Triage is currently for a Business Development Manager for our Dubai office to manage the North American market.
You will be responsible for the developing revenue streams in North America by managing the entire sales/demand generation process with our established Blue Chip clients and building out a new pipeline across the region.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently working as a Senior Recruitment Sales Consultant, or Business Development Manager managing the North American market from the UAE, or Asia, who is aspiring to move into a hands on management role.
Role and Responsibilities:
Develop sales and demand generation strategy and identify core US markets (multiple industries).
Developing a good understanding of clients & building strong relationships with key decision makers.
Maximise your sales, business development and networking skills to develop new business from existing and new client.
Network with candidates directly via various channels (database, social media, headhunting, referrals, jobsites etc).
Negotiating salary and finalising arrangements between client and candidate.
