DUBAI: Three Egyptian employees were jailed for life and fined Dhs50,000 each over Tramadol abuse on Tuesday.

The trio – SA, 30, AH, 24 and AK, 31 – reportedly possessed 2,020 Tramadol pills intended for peddling in Al Muraqqabat area last year. They were nabbed during a sting operation.

AH was also convicted of facilitating Tramadol consumption to AK besides possession with the intention of consuming 51 Tramadol pills. Both AH
