As a Marketing Assistant you will be working closely with our senior team to help our firm gain more exposure to the market and create a brand awareness through social media, marketing, events, public relations, branding and media planning channels.

You will play a key role in designing and maintaining our social media platform and company collateral that with form the positioning of our company. You will report to our Directors and be an integral part of marketing team.

• Facilitate the company’s marketing efforts

• Manage e-mail marketing shots

• Maintain and update marketing database

• Manage the company’s social media resources and keep data current. This includes company blogs, linkedin profiles, facebook, twitter etc

• Liaise closely with the team to keep up-to-date with company affairs

• Assist in managing public relations and media planning

• Suggest new marketing / PR strategies to maximize the company’s exposure

• Write and promote press releases

• Assist in business development operations when required

• Conduct market research and apply business intelligence dynamically

• Design emails and brochures for the company when needed
