This position supports the recruitment and on boarding processes for new arrivals. Some of the responsibilities include:
• Draft vacancy postings on internal vacancy list, branded career website and other relevant job boards
• Screen candidate responses to job postings and shortlist candidates for interview
• Pre-screen applicants by phone and in person
• Handle recruitment related correspondence
• Update internal database lists and present suitable applicants when requested
• Update recruitment status on databases
• Liaise with candidates and agencies to complete pre-arrival paperwork
• Liaise with PRO to get employment permits issued
