The Programme :-
•This is a 12 to 18 month rotational program within Sales and Operations. By the end of the programme the person will have learnt about all aspects of the sales environment which will develop them towards a managerial role in the future.
•The role-holder will primarily undergo training (on and off the job) in the main areas listed below:
Merchandising, Market Execution, Route to Market, Sales Accounting, Budgets, Trade Marketing, Audit requirements, Manpower Planning & Resourcing, Understanding of Channel Sales (Retail / Wholesale / Key Accounts), Distribution, Competitor Analysis, Market Data Analysis and the opportunity to work on specialist projects.
