Responsible for managing
all facets of the housekeeping department ensuring high levels of guest service and
satisfaction. Executive Housekeeper is expected to counsel staff, assist supervisors,
housekeepers and housemen on their shift and ensure quality control of the rooms. The
position requires sound management and coordination of daily operations of the
department, including providing support and guidance to fellow personnel and effectively
communicates with all staff to ensure a successful and effective operation ending in a
positive guest experience while maintaining the company’s standard for excellence. The
position requires active management, strong leadership, excellent communication and
organization skills as well as commitment to excellence and training skills.
