POSITION: Head of Engineering

Due to recent growth and various projects in the pipeline, we are urgently seeking a Head of Engineering (HoE) to drive forward and manage all engineering verticals of our energy conservation and environmental solutions company based in Dubai. Our HoE must be outcome driven and passionate about delivering high quality solutions.

HoE will be responsible for all engineering and project management aspects of our company. Through our partners, the HoE will need to manage engineers, technicians and skilled workers on projects primarily in the UAE but also internationally.

RESPONSIBILITES:

Project feasibility studies and reporting

Approve project proposals and costings

Project engineering design, installation and commissioning management

Assist in the management of the project and engineering department’s P&L

Manage and develop supplier relationships

Manage supplier manufacturing scopes

Manage and develop international engineering teams

Develop in-house R&D department
