Key Role:

Apply experience with specialized aviation operations, regulations, and policy on consulting projects with key clients throughout the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region. Provide subject matter expertise in assisting civil aviation authorities (CAAs) with the analysis of processes, policies, and regulations. Support international airlines with air traffic studies, forecasting, fleet planning, and regulations of the air transportation industry and support issuance of air operators certificates, regulatory operational surveillance of certificate holders, and approval of operational procedures, manuals, and equipment. Conduct analysis of air traffic management systems (ATM), including detailed airspace studies, provide improvement recommendations, and analyze and implement Safety Management Systems (SMS) within CAAs, ANSPs, or air operators. Lead engagements with current clients, identify new business, and lead and develop staff. This position is located in the UAE.
