Our client a large multinational automobile dealer is currently seeking to recruit a dynamic Marketing Manager The position Marketing Manager reports to the Director Sales and Marketing and is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of all company's Group relevant measures to maximize brand image and support sales of the company and approved used car product lines within the region (GCC and Levant). The Marketing Manager leads a team of Product and Price Manager, CRM Manager, Event Manager and Communication Specialist. Tasks Marketing Plan Develop the annual marketing plan for new and used cars approved by Director Sales and Marketing, highlight regional and importers’ implementation responsibilities, monitor quarterly implementation of the marketing plan and follow up on deviations. Develop training plan for new Marketing Managers in the importer organization and monitor implementation. Product and Price Identify opportunities to launch and sustain the Company's Group products in the market while maintaining competitiveness and profitability to drive business growth and market share. Monitor and report competitor product and price developments and develop counter measures. Lead regional implementation of central Company's processes in regard to product and price.Marketing Communications Lead, execute and implement marketing communication strategy through planning and execution of communication campaigns and effective media management within the annual budget according to Company's Group guidelines. Steer and monitor local adaption agencies. Monitor and report on core market competitor advertising activities. Recommend and implement POS material for importer and ensure that all materials at POS are updated on time.Events Plan, coordinate and drive implementation of events in the market within defined timelines and budget in alignment with Company's Group CI standards in order to contribute to the enhancement of brand image and visibility. Develop and implement annual events, product launches, conferences and promotion activities. Coach markets on Company's event standards.New Media Develop and implement new media communication strategy. Develop and implement importer and regional websites in accordance to Company's guidelines.CRM Develop and steer CRM strategy in the market to guide and to improve the CRM performance depending on the respective market maturity levels. Develop activities that cover the complete customer lifecycle and increase customer satisfaction. Develop and monitor the relevant KPIs.
